Governments measure everything: GDP, inflation, unemployment, taxes, budgets, and economic growth. But how do we measure #CARE? How do we measure councillor accountability? Inspired by Care Politics, I envision WARD CARE, a proposed #AI-powered constituency platform bringing Community Care, Councillor Accountability, and 24/7 Constituency Response together in one place. πŸ“² Ask Nathen β€” Your 24/7 AI-powered constituency concierge. πŸ“ Report & Track β€” Potholes, illegal dumping, streetlights, and other neighbourhood concerns, with case progress updates. 🎁 Care Points β€” Earn rewards for verified community contributions. πŸ›οΈ Motions & Executive Directives β€” Track my proposals, progress, Council votes, and results. πŸ“Š Ward Care Index β€” A new way to measure community care, responsiveness, and councillor accountability. As a tech CEO and systems architect, this is how I approach public problems: identify what isn't working, audit the process, design a better system, and use technology and AI to make government more accessible, transparent, and accountable. We measure economic performance. It's time we measure community care. Ward 1 would be our starting point, with the potential for other Toronto wards to participate in the future. Ward Care is a proposed initiative, subject to further review and applicable approvals by the City of Toronto, including funding, privacy, technology integration, and the Care Points rewards program.
