⚠️ IS ETOBICOKE NORTH BECOMING TORONTO'S SKID ROW?
Then where's the investments?

YEARS OF THE SAME INCUMBENT. YEARS OF NEGLECT. 💣

My PLAN:

💰 Property Tax Relief — Fight to roll back property taxes to pre-Chow levels and freeze them for four years.

🏠 Affordable Housing — Fight unfair Above Guideline Rent Increases (AGIs), expand housing options and protect tenants.

🚗 Fair Auto Insurance — End unfair postal-code penalties that punish Etobicoke North drivers.

🚇 Better TTC — Fight for affordable fares, fare caps and free transit for high school students.

🚨 Safer Neighbourhoods — Better lighting, cleaner streets, stronger community policing and safer roads.

🏗️ Revitalize Ward 1 — Attract private investment, create local jobs and bring new life to our neighbourhoods.

📱 24/7 Constituency Concierge — Track complaints, demand accountability and get residents real answers.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families First — Advocate for affordable childcare, better community services and opportunities for young people.

⚖️ Accountability, Not Waste — Audit spending, challenge wasteful contracts and put taxpayers first.

AND MORE...

Increasing taxes to offer more services is NOT affordability. It's asking struggling families to pay more for what government should already be delivering efficiently.

Toronto doesn't have a shortage of taxes. It needs better priorities, smarter spending and leadership that respects taxpayers.

NOT LEFT. NOT RIGHT. DO WHAT'S RIGHT.
