Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek and Hymn to Tourach take the cards they were counting on and hand them to you, and Tinybones makes them discard on its own for 4. The best card in the deck, and one of the best in Cali Commander, is Mind Twist: with enough mana they discard their whole hand. Then they are top decking while you play their cards against them, so fill the rest of the deck with removal.
