#Sponsored ✨My FIRST Wellness Vacation ✨  and here’s what happened…

Ya”ll, this was the vacation I didn’t know I needed! Normally we opt in for vacation on the beach, bc that’s my main request in trying to take a “real” break from my busy life. However, this time we switched it up. We headed to #Hawaii, and after 2 days in #Honolulu, we came to #Lanai. 

✨My time included daily meditations, 3 yoga classes, 2 strength training sessions, body scrubs, body walking massage, and early mornings and late night onsen swims.(Now you know if I’m flying 10 hours, I’m going to make the most of it ☺️)

✨ This week, I found gratitude in the small moments…I believe small changes can create big shifts, and even greater impacts. I’m feeling refreshed, sore (yes sore 🫠), and aligned!
