being vietnamese means the cravings are VERY specific and this didn’t disappoint 😼

what you’ll need ⬇️

marinade:
• chicken thighs
• fish sauce
• oyster sauce
• soy sauce
• honey
• minced garlic
• shallots
• lime juice
• lemongrass*
• optional: chicken bouillon

bowl:
• vermicelli noodles
• lettuce
• cucumber
• pickled carrots and daikon*
• mint leaves*
• lime*

sauce (nước chấm):
• 4 tbsp warm water
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• minced garlic
• chili oil or chili crisps (my fav is @flybyjing)

mix, assemble, drizzle that sauce generously, and enjoy!!

*wasn’t available to me but is used traditionally
