## Caption

We have been using our #happy ranch cider press for twenty years and it continues hi perform exceedingly well our apple harvest this year was really great Bushels and bushels of organically nurtured apples from new and antique trees were gathered by Jude and her friend Roxana after washing and sorting- bruised apples are reeerved for the equines- the apples are crushed and then pressed The juice is poured through several layers if cotton cheesecloth into sterilized #Ball jars (glass is best ), then caps tightly screwed on top . Everyone on the farm took jars home to enjoy The remainder stays refrigerated for until used I am looking forward to s cider bourbon cocktail sometime soon
