One all-nighter can affect you as much as a few drinks. 😴

🍷 According to the CDC, being awake for 24 hours is similar to having a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%, which is higher than the legal limit for driving. And the effects only build from there.

The good news: these symptoms go away once you get enough sleep. Just know that recovery takes time. Losing one full night of sleep may take more than 2 days of recovery sleep to bounce back from. Aim for at least 7 hours a night to get back on track.

📲 Send this to the friend who's always running on no sleep, and find the full timeline at the link in bio. 🔗
