i just rewatched this movie recently and it’s sooo underrated!! ˚⋆👻🧪🥽⋆˚ Rowan Blanchard’s portrayal of Cleo Eastman in Disney Channel’s Invisible Sister (2015) brings the perfect mix of intelligence, awkwardness, determination, and humor to the character. As a science-loving teenager who often feels overshadowed by her popular older sister Molly (Paris Berelc), Cleo struggles to find her own confidence and identity. When one of her science experiments accidentally turns Molly invisible, Cleo is forced to step outside her comfort zone and take responsibility for fixing the situation, all while discovering just how much she is capable of. What makes Rowan’s performance so memorable is the way she balances Cleo’s quirky personality with her more vulnerable and relatable moments. Through Cleo’s insecurities, hilarious mishaps, and growing confidence, Rowan makes her journey feel both entertaining and heartfelt. Her portrayal highlights the importance of embracing what makes you different, believing in yourself, and recognizing that you don’t have to live in someone else’s shadow to shine.
