Plot: Beetlejuice (1988) follows Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara Maitland (Geena Davis), a recently deceased couple who discover they are trapped as ghosts inside their beloved home. When the eccentric Deetz family moves in, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away but struggle to make their presence known. Desperate for help, they turn to Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a mischievous and unpredictable bio-exorcist whose chaotic methods quickly spiral out of control. Along the way, they form an unexpected connection with Lydia Deetz (Winona Ryder), a gothic teenager who can see and communicate with ghosts, leading to a supernatural adventure filled with dark humor, strange creatures, and plenty of chaos.
