WEDNESDAY | BLAST FROM THE PAST 🧿
01 🎥 2008. India Tour. Armin van Buuren. And me… standing behind the visuals.
Some moments in life you experience… and some moments stay with you forever.
This was one of those moments.

Back in 2008, I got the opportunity to VJ alongside Armin van Buuren during his India Tour. At that time, I was still finding my way, building my identity as a VJ, and figuring out just how far this crazy passion for visuals could take me.

And then suddenly, I was there.
Standing behind the decks, surrounded by lights, music, technology and thousands of emotions in the room… creating visuals alongside one of the biggest names in electronic music.

I still remember the energy.
The pressure.
The excitement.
And that feeling of thinking…

“Wow. I’m actually here.”
Looking back at these photographs today, they mean much more to me than just memories from a gig. They remind me of how far I’ve come, the people I’ve met, the incredible artists I’ve worked alongside, and all the crazy experiences that have shaped my journey as a VJ.

And the best part?
This is just one story.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to experience some truly unbelievable moments—and I’ve realised that I’ve never really shared many of them with all of you.

So, from now on…
Every Wednesday, I’m going back in time. ⏪
Sharing a photograph, a memory, a crazy story, a milestone, or simply one of those moments that made me say:
“Damn… I actually lived that.”
Welcome to BLAST FROM THE PAST.
This one goes back to 2008. ❤️
