It’s Election Day, Denver! You have until 7 pm tonight (Tuesday) to cast your vote for a better Mile High City! Here are a couple people and one initiative I’m supporting plus voting instructions.

I want to encourage folks to vote for Mike Johnston for Mayor. Three reasons. 1) Mike is passionate about education. He is a former teacher and principal. 2) Mike is focused on building more affordable housing. He led the passage of a proposition that will bring $3 billion in affordable units to Colorado, and he'll lead a similar charge in Denver. 3) I've worked for Mike and it was a good experience. Through his ULF fellowship I met my business partner Uriel. Mike has an amazing family, and is a great guy with strong values. I was delighted to host an event for him last month. Vote Mike Johnston for Mayor of Denver.

Then, if they live in District 10, to vote Noah Kaplan for City Council. Noah is a lifelong friend of mine, was a teacher at East High for six years, and is committed to increasing affordability, decreasing homelessness, and building on Denver's legacy of sustainability.

Finally, vote YES on 2O. Denver is becoming so expensive, especially housing. We must build more housing, and redeveloping the Park Hill Golf Course is the best way to do that. That redevelopment will also turn an abandoned golf course into Denver's 4th largest park while building a grocery store in what is currently a food dessert. Vote YES on 2O.

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
Voting in Denver is easy. You have until 7 pm tonight to either drop off your ballot you received in the mail at a nearby drop box. Didn’t receive a ballot in the mail or want to vote in person. Simply, go to any Voter Service and Polling Center. Need more info? Google “Denver Elections.”
