With the historic flooding occurring in the Midwest, the need for flood insurance in cases of severe weather is more evident than ever.

According to Little Rock-based Partner, Jimbo Ramsay: “Many clients purchase flood insurance due to lender requirements. Banks will mandate the coverage based on property location and flood zone. However, with the change in weather patterns in our region, we are seeing more flood related claims and encourage our clients to consider that coverage option even if there is no lender on their property.”
