Okay… let’s talk about SKILLS!

If you’ve been avoiding your ARDMS SKILLS because you thought “Great. Another TEST I have to study for”? this conversation is for you.

I wanted to go directly to someone who actually works with @inteleosorg / @ardmsorg and ask ALL the questions because I think a lot of us made SKILLS wayyyy scarier and more complicated in our heads than it actually is (I sure did).

I sat down with Marquez Villegas, Manager of Learning & Development at Inteleos, and had him break down exactly what SKILLS is, what we actually need to do, what to expect when you log in, and most importantly… do we need to STUDY for this?! 👀😂

And I really hope this clears some things up because if you’ve been procrastinating because you thought you needed to sit down and prepare for another registry style exam… just log in and start. I think you’ll be surprised by what it’s actually like.

Hopefully these conversations have helped you guys see a little more of the people + personalities behind ARDMS 🥹 Ngl, I didn’t really know what to expect either! I’ve had my own thoughts, questions, and things I’ve wanted more clarification on too, which is exactly why having these conversations felt so important to me.

Getting to meet the people behind ARDMS and hearing directly from them that they genuinely WANT our feedback was really encouraging. And I know our community has A LOT to say 😂
We have questions, concerns, feedback, and things we want to better understand, so I really hope these conversations help open that door a little more. Ask the questions, share your feedback, and keep the conversation going!! 🤍
