I was SO excited for this conversation because this is probably one of the topics I get asked about the most.

Do you HAVE to graduate from a CAAHEP accredited program to become ARDMS registered?!

There is sooo much conflicting information out there about this, especially for students trying to figure out which ultrasound program to attend and what their pathway to becoming registered will actually look like. So instead of me trying to explain it, I wanted to go straight to the source at ARDMS and get you guys solid answers 🤩

You guys know I will always encourage students to choose a CAAHEP accredited program when that option is available to them, but I also know that sometimes there simply isn’t one available in your area. And that’s exactly why I wanted to have this conversation!

There ARE different pathways to becoming eligible for your ARDMS exams, and instead of relying on what someone else was told when they went through school, I wanted you to hear the options directly from someone who has 28 years of experience with ARDMS/Inteleos and answers these questions all the time👏🏼
