After 14 years in sonography, I still leave these conferences with so much motivation and love for this career! 🥹 It’s always such a reminder of how much MORE there is to this field than scanning, how many different paths you can take, and how much there still is to learn and grow 🤍

I’m still processing 🥲 bc being at thesdms conference was already such an incredible experience, but getting to experience it alongside the inteleosorg / ARDMS team made it even more special.

And meeting you guys!!! I got to meet sonographers from so many different specialties, students who are just starting their journey, educators who are shaping the next generation, vendors creating new technology for our field, and the people working behind the scenes at ARDMS. There is so much happening in our profession that we don’t always get to see in our everyday work!

And the STUDENTS!! 🥹 Seeing how many schools brought students to experience a conference like this made me so happy. Getting that kind of exposure while you’re still in school, meeting people in the field, seeing new technology, asking questions, and realizing how many different directions this career can take you is HUGE. 

And then… getting to sit at the ARDMS booth, meet the people behind an organization that every sonographer knows, ask questions, create conversations, and connect with this community in a completely different way… I don’t think I fully realized how meaningful that would feel until I was actually there 🥹

Grateful for this career, for the opportunities it continues to bring me, and to inteleosorg + ARDMS for having me and trusting me to be part of this experience.

And especially grateful for this community because so much of what I get to do now started with me simply sharing my life as a sonographer on here, and you guys have supported me every step of the way 🫶🏻 THANK YOU 💓
