Meet the Ching-Carter family in the June issue of Chadds Ford Neighbors!

As a Functional Medicine Physician Assistant, Lorna Ching-Carter brings the same compassion, knowledge, and dedication to caring for her patients as she does for her family. Like many of us, the Ching-Carter family strives to make healthy choices through nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

We hope you enjoy their story and find inspiration in their approach to healthy living. If you’d like to learn more about functional medicine, feel free to connect with Lorna at Optimal Root Wellness.
