Playing tourist in my own city 🌴☀️

Sometimes the best adventures happen right in your own backyard, and this little Long Beach staycation reminded me why I love calling this city home 🥹

After returning from Catalina Island, we decided to keep the adventure going and explore a few of our local favorites!

Here’s a little recap of our @visitlb getaway:

🛍️ Shopping at @2nd_pch
🍗 Lunch at @noblerotisserie
🏨 Stayed at the @marriottlongbeachdowntown
🎡 An evening stroll around The Pike Outlets @thepikelbc
🍤 Tried @officialbubbagump for the very first time
☕ Breakfast at the Marriott before heading off to our next adventure in Big Bear

We also had El Dorado Frontier on our itinerary, but unfortunately ran out of time before heading to the mountains! 🚂 Definitely adding that one to our list for our next adventure 💙

Thank you @visitcalifornia for reminding me to slow down, explore, and appreciate the beauty of my own backyard ✨

Have you ever planned a staycation in your own city?
