The scale not moving? ⚖️

A 2023 meta-analysis pooled 5 randomized trials — 489 people with metabolic syndrome. The cupping groups lost 2.5 kg more and 6 cm more off the waist than controls. BMI and LDL dropped too.

Honest note: these are pooled numbers across trials, small total, some bias risk — promising, not proof. These trials used cupping techniques at the heart of my quantum cupping practice.
