Honestly, I was so hard on myself at first. I think a part of me secretly hoped my stomach would just instantly snap back to “normal.” Navigating the changes has been a real emotional rollercoaster, and if I’m being vulnerable, I was SO scared of the scarring, but @drquanitacrable heard my concerns and did the dang thang. 

To my fibroid survivors further along in the journey: When did you finally start feeling at home in your skin again?
