Riverhead is losing a popular, independently owned coffee shop this week.

Mugs on Main coffee shop announced it will be closing in an Instagram post published last week.

"We’ve been plagued with ongoing facility issues and flooding since opening our doors and we can’t afford to continue to fix the problems," the post reads. "We will miss the community of our regular customers of being part of your daily lives, and you being a part of ours."
