Think about it 👀 if you had the opportunity to hire or work with your best friend in a business, wouldn’t you? Businesses and relationships operate the same way. People hire people they know and trust or people that they know, no and trust. 

I worked in the MLB in 2019 💀 and I’ve kept relationships since then! Some of my closest friends worked with me in NYC while baseballs flew across the office at the Mets! I recently hired someone that one of these people recommended to me!! 

 
This is one of the easiest ways to get access to information, opportunities, and growing your book of business. If you’re not taking advantage of it, then you’re not operating like the top 1% 🤷🏻‍♀️
