If you’re NOT sending bullet points to a potential brand deal, you’re wasting your time. Brand managers work with A LOT of talent on a number of campaigns. They do not have time to read through a lengthy email. Only send them what they need to know to get you a quick YES or NO if they will collab with your talent. They need: 

▫️Creator info: What type of content do they make? What sport do they play? Where do they live? BASIC short info on the talent that may help them narrow down what marketing effort they fall into. 
 
▫️Audience Demos: Who is their audience? Their age, gender, and location can be found on each platform’s “insights” or “analytics”. If your talent does not have the ideal customer, the brand will not waste money. 
 
▫️Engagement Metrics: How many people view your talent and do they interact with the content? They need your average views, likes, comments, shares, and saves over the last 30 days. This tells them how much the content resonates with the audience and if the audience is willing to take an action (buy, download, etc.).
