▫️Support - having a competenat, complimentary, and understanding co-founder or team makes or breaks you. They share the workload or allow you to focus on growth and partnerships because they can handle their tasks. 
 
▫️Organization - NOTION. I’m obsessed lol I line up my tasks and my staff’s tasks and can check that they’re completed. I also have databases and pages for everything that we can all acces remotely. 
 
▫️Mental Health - we can’t not work but entrepreneurs/creatives have to go out of their way to find a balance and keep themselves motivated. Do little things that can help your brain & body reset. 
 
 
I learned a lot the hard way butt his time around, I’m leaning more on others & mentors 🫶🏼
