Thanks uofmichigan reach_umich for having genagencyco host our inaugural reachnatl pre-NFL Draft event in Michigan 🥳 The influencer & NIL marketing space is SO gate kept. The only way to make the space better is to EDUCATE the people in it! Here’s our 3 takeaways for creators, athletes, and job applicants:

▫️REACH OUT to people! If you’re content creator looking to work with a brand, just contact them! Send them your info/follower analytics and why you want to work with them. If you’re looking for a job, reach out to people with your ideal job and LEARN from the!

▫️RELATIONSHIPS are the key - they bring you better deals and more jobs, no matter what side you’re on! Remember the details of that person or conversation and set-up a regular cadence of reach outs. Share your good news too!!

▫️Find your PASSIONS and enjoyment. As full-time creators or students, there is NOT a lot of time in the day. Find the things you love or care about, and find time for them. If you’re lucky, you can turn a passion into a career - like content creating, marketing jobs, professional sports, etc. If a job is a job, make sure you find time for yourself and what excites you 🙏🏼
