1. Crisis management - always expect something to go wrong. Accept it, but have a solution 😂
 
2. NETWORK - so many great ideas and opportunities have come from our events! 
 
3. Feedback - we’re always working to make the industry a better place for our creators and athletes. If someone has an idea, we RUN with it! If they have ways we can be better, we integrate it!
