Accidentally had an allergic reaction to eye drops (only me lol) and actually had to take a day off. I used to NEVER take a day off or do much for myself. I’ve been working for myself for a couple years now and I can 100% confirm it is an all day grind. An entrepreneurs we’re almost brainwashed into believing that if we take a break then we’re not trying out hardest. But, I know now that there are limitations to your body. Whether you take a nap, go workout, or hangout with friends, make sure you have something or someone to help keep you balanced 😌♥️
