Someone used AI to turn Elon Musk into a star of a 1970s Mars commercial. 🚀📺

Imagine Elon Musk transported back to the 1970s, starring in a retro-futuristic advertisement promoting humanity's dream of reaching Mars. Instead of sleek modern technology and futuristic CGI, everything looks like it came straight from an old science-fiction television show.

The vintage orange suits, analog control panels, bulky machinery, robotic assistants, and warm film-like visuals recreate the aesthetic of an era when space exploration felt like a bold adventure into the unknown.

What makes this concept so fascinating is the attention to detail. From the retro production design to the old-school television atmosphere, the entire video feels like a forgotten commercial discovered in an archive from an alternate timeline.

It imagines a world where the dream of colonizing Mars was being sold to the public decades before modern private space companies made it a serious technological ambition.

AI is making it possible to bring these alternate histories to life, blending real-world personalities with fictional advertising, vintage filmmaking styles, and worlds that never actually existed.

If a 1970s TV channel aired this commercial, would you believe it was real? 👀🚀
