## Caption

Today, we honor the Indigenous communities whose history, culture, and traditions are deeply connected to the game of lacrosse. 🥍

Originally created by Indigenous peoples, lacrosse carries generations of history, meaning, and tradition. This Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we recognize and celebrate the Indigenous communities who continue to preserve and share the roots of our game.
