On April 10, 2018, 32-year-old Andre Ingram delivered one of the most unforgettable NBA debuts in league history. After spending a decade grinding in the NBA G League and playing more than 380 minor-league games, Ingram finally got his opportunity with the Los Angeles Lakers against the Houston Rockets.

Ingram, a former math tutor while playing in the G League, scored 19 points in 29 minutes, shooting 6-of-8 from the field and 4-of-5 from three-point range while adding three rebounds, three blocks and a steal.
