I’ve done a lot of deep healing in my life.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that healing isn’t always measured by how much you’ve processed, released or understood.

Sometimes you see it in how much of YOUR AUTHENTIC- SELF comes back online.

The laughter.
The curiosity.
The playfulness.
The truth.
The transparency.
The trust.
The freedom to just be fully you with no armor or masks, just being.

Here are a few ways I’ve learned to recognize it:

1. You laugh without worrying about how you look.
2. You let yourself be silly, playful, and spontaneous.
3. You rest without feeling like you have to earn it.
4. You express what you feel instead of abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
5. You become curious and excited about life again.
6. You allow yourself to want what you actually want.
7. You need no outside validation or approval to feel loved.
8. You become more open to receiving love, support, and affection.
9. You make room for pleasure, creativity, adventure, and FUN.
10. You have moments where you realize… I actually feel free being me. 🤍

Your inner child doesn’t only need you to go back and heal what hurt.

Your inner child also needs you to LIVE.
To laugh. To dance. To explore. To play. To be curious. To experience joy without needing a reason for it.
