Creamy Chicken Meatballs & Buttered Noodles! 🤎🍝

This is one of those quick, easy, comforting dinners that everyone will love! A delicious creamy gravy, tender chicken meatballs, and buttery noodles! SO GOOD! 😋

Creamy Chicken Meatballs & Buttered Noodles

Ingredients:

* 1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt & black pepper, to taste
* 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 2 cups beef or chicken stock
* 1–1½ lbs fully cooked chicken meatballs
* ½ cup sour cream
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 12 oz egg noodles
* 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened.
2. Add garlic and parsley and cook for another minute.
3. Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1–2 minutes.
4. Slowly add stock, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
5. Add the fully cooked meatballs and simmer until heated through.
6. Lower the heat and stir in sour cream until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
7. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with butter.
8. Serve the creamy meatballs and gravy over the buttery noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Lisa’s Notes: I used my homemade chicken meatballs that I previously baked and froze! You can use any kind of meatballs you love—chicken, beef, turkey, homemade, or store-bought. Just make sure they’re fully cooked and heated through!
