🏆 Bagel Brigade is building a new kind of morning food brand combining dairy craftsmanship, global flavors and the convenience of a modern QSR. Drawing on the owners’ extensive dairy-industry experience, we make our cultured cream cheese in-house, without gums or preservatives. We created it to elevate the everyday breakfast: smooth, naturally flavorful and developed as the foundation for our signature schmears and Bagel Stacks. Our crowd favorite is the Chicken Tikka Stack with mint cream cheese—an Indian-inspired creation that has also become popular with customers in the United States. We continue to develop distinctive schmears that bring together culinary creativity, nutrition-conscious choices and influences from both India and America. We have also reimagined the bagel as a more balanced, protein-forward meal. Our sourdough bagels are paired with cultured cream cheese and satisfying fillings such as premium cold cuts, Nova salmon and egg salad. After developing and testing the concept, Bagel Brigade opened its first full-format store in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The brand has since expanded to East Austin, Texas, and is preparing for additional growth across both India and the United States. We’re excited to join New York BagelFest and introduce the bagel community to our in-house cultured cream cheese, signature stacks and cross-cultural approach to creating a better breakfast.

The New York BagelFest presented by kingarthurbaking returns to citifield on Sunday, November 15th. Tickets are now on sale at bagelfest.com 🎟
