Panthers head coach Dave Canales meets with the media coming out of the bye week as the team prepares for a trip to Philadelphia. Canales discusses opening the practice windows for Tershawn Wharton and Taylor Moton, gives updates on Jaelen Phillips and Jalen Coker, and explains how the staff used the bye to self-scout and find an edge. He also addresses the national buzz around Bryce Young’s MVP talk and sitting alone atop the NFC South, praising the safety room’s depth, breaking down why working under center matters to the run game, and explaining what he’s seeing from Lee Hunter as the rookie’s personality starts to emerge.
