Let the good times ROLL, my friends!
The energy of this week has been wild. Chaotic. Spicy.
Stay centered. Stay neutral. Stay kind and non-reactive.
The old stories are falling away and as they do, they often like to put up a “fight”. Let them fight themselves and watch their energy dissipate quite quickly when you stay grounded and in your peace.
I give this advice to all of my cord cutting clients.
Stay rested. Hydrated. And protect your peace.
We got this!!
