If you're a human being who's been alive on this earth for more than 35 years, and nobody has sat you down and told you they want to spend the rest of their life with you, then it's time to look in the fucking mirror.

There's no other way to put it.

And if you spend your life blaming everyone else, complaining about what people don't do, and pointing out everybody else's flaws without ever examining your own, you're going to stay exactly where you are.

Because if you want different outcomes, you need to change your process.

And changing your process starts with taking responsibility for how you show up, how you treat people, the situations you create, and the patterns you keep repeating.

You can't keep blaming everyone else for the life you're living while refusing to examine your own contribution to it.

That's how you stay stuck.

That's how you repeat the same mistakes, attract the same kinds of people, and wake up every day feeling the same fucking emptiness.

So stop pointing fingers.

Start looking inward.

Because if you never take responsibility for your part in the problem, nothing is ever going to change.

And you might just spend the rest of your life wondering why you're still alone.
