The red pill is simply a male version of feminism. It looks almost identical, just at the opposite end of the spectrum.

And a lot of the men who get sucked into it have unresolved issues with women that go much deeper than they realize.

When a boy grows up with an emotionally unstable, manipulative, or abusive mother, he can carry those unresolved issues into his adult relationships with women.

Why? Because people tend to repeat familiar patterns, even when those patterns are dysfunctional and destructive.

You end up chasing what feels familiar rather than what is actually good for you. You tolerate behaviors you shouldn't tolerate, recreate dynamics you swore you'd never repeat, and wonder why you keep ending up in the same situations with different women.

Then, instead of addressing the underlying issues, you adopt an ideology that gives you someone to blame.

It's easier to blame women than to confront the unresolved childhood trauma that's influencing your behavior, your choices, and your relationships.

The reality is that a lot of your adult relationship problems have roots in childhood. If you had a dysfunctional relationship with your mother, those patterns can follow you into adulthood until you do the work to understand and change them.

You can spend your entire life blaming women, or you can take responsibility for your own unresolved issues. But don't confuse resentment with healing.
