this TROPICAL MOCKTAIL MARGARITA is a postcard from paradise & is a perfect way to make my day feel a little more special 💛🌴

TROPICAL MOCKTAIL MARGARITA 
◻️ 1 1/2 oz pineapple coconut juice
◻️ 1 1/2 oz coconut water
◻️ 3/4 oz lime juice
◻️ 1/2 oz agave
◻️ 2-3 dashes orange bitters
◻️ Lime zest, shredded coconut and salt, for rim
◻️ Pineapple, dehydrated lime, for garnish

1. Prepare the glass - In a shallow dish, combine salt, shredded coconut and lime zest. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with agave or citrus, then dip in the salt mixture until coated.
2. To a cocktail shaker, add pineapple coconut juice, coconut water, lime juice, agave, orange bitters and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
3. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass over fresh ice. If desired, garnish with a dehydrated lime slice, pineapple slice and frond.
