## Caption

The Pony Express was built for speed. Lachlan was faster.

He rode the original mail route from Missouri to California in six days, 21 hours and 15 minutes, finishing 19 hours and 45 minutes ahead of the 160-year-old horseback record.

1,966 miles on Topstone, a SuperX and Scalpel.

Mail’s here. Congrats Lachlan 👏
