Good for the city, good for the planet. 🌿

#TerminalWarehouse has been named a winner in the Adaptive Reuse category of the 2026 Metropolis Planet Positive Awards, recognizing COOKFOX’s transformation of an 1891 freight terminal into a high-performance workplace.

The redevelopment retained historic masonry and timber, introduced a landscaped courtyard, and reduced its carbon footprint by nearly half compared to new construction.

A win for preservation, a win for the planet, and a new chapter for West Chelsea. Read the full feature through the link in our stories.
