EIGHT SEASONS. ONE STANDARD. PLAYER FIRST.

Our Founder & Head Director, Vanessa Windsor, attended the Women Leaders in Youth Sports Breakfast and LeagueApps NEXTUP ’26 conference in New York City, connecting with leaders across the youth sports industry who are shaping what comes next.

As Lax On Elite enters its eighth season, our commitment to building a player first culture continues to guide everything we do.

From athlete development and coaching excellence to innovation, technology, and organizational leadership, we believe the strongest clubs are built with intention.

A championship organization is about more than wins. It’s about creating an environment where athletes are valued, parents are connected, coaches are supported and every decision is made with the player experience in mind.

That commitment to the whole athlete has also inspired our founder’s newest venture, mygameflow, focused on menstrual health education, athlete readiness and sideline support.

We’re proud to be Game Flow’s first club ambassador and to help introduce this mission to the youth sports community.

Eight seasons of building relationships, raising standards and continuing to evolve.

The player comes first. Always.

Thank you, leagueapps, for bringing together leaders committed to the future of youth sports.
