Four reps, but the biggest challenge was trusting myself. 🏋🏽‍♀️

I was nervous with no spotter, so I set the safeties before going for it. Even after years of training, fear can still make me hold back when I want to push for a personal best.

Backing yourself doesn’t mean you never feel scared. Sometimes it means preparing properly, taking a breath and giving yourself a chance. 🤍
