It really is all about the people. 💛

When I set out on my road trip, one of the questions I kept exploring was, “What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?”

And one of the answers that kept showing up was community.

Throughout my travels, so many wonderful people opened their doors, shared their homes, and reminded me just how much the people we surround ourselves with matter.

One of those people was Emily, a former student of my Sound Healing Certification program. We’d never actually met in person, but she generously opened her home to me while she was out of town.

And naturally, when I discovered a mug with her face on it, I HAD to take advantage of the opportunity! 😂☕️

One of the unexpected gifts of this work has been watching so many of my students become friends. People who started out as strangers have become part of a community that stretches far beyond the classroom.

I love knowing that the right people continue to find their way into my life, even if it’s only for a brief moment in time.

And I’ve come to realize that so much of what I’ve accomplished has been possible because of the people who believed in me, encouraged me, opened doors, and supported my dreams along the way.

Who are your people?

Keep them close. Celebrate them. And never underestimate what having the right people in your corner can make possible.

@thereallifebeauty , I completely forgot I made this video and just found it sitting in my drafts! LOL! I hope you laugh as much watching it as I did making it! 😂💛
