People think the NFL just came to Melbourne. It didn't 🏈

And the payoff was bigger than you’d expect. Victoria's Minister for Sport steve_dimopoulos says it became the nfl 's second-highest attended international event, early NAB modeling put the boost to Victoria at around $300 million, and some people inside the NFL said it was even better than a Super Bowl.

When the NFL was asked why they picked Victoria, the answer wasn't just the MCG. It was the people behind it. That's where a lot of the jobs in sport sit.
