We couldn't help ourselves, we had to investigate the pickle situation at the Minnesota State Fair. Wirecutter's resident pickle expert Maki Yazawa tested culinary innovations like pickle pie, pickle wine, and pickle pizza — all in the name of serious journalism. While we were in the land of 10,000 lakes, we also teamed up with @mprnews to record a live podcast episode about everything pickle. Check it out at the link in bio. #pickles #minnesotastatefair #mnstatefair #tastetest
