This Is Actually Insane 🤯

Here’s my full workflow for creating a cinematic AI video while keeping the same characters and locations in every shot:
1. Write the storyline and divide it into scenes.
2. Use Dreamina Image Generation to create a reference sheet for every character - front, side and back.
3. For each location, generate a wide shot and a few detailed angles.
4. Move into Seedance 2.5 and upload the references needed for your scene. You can use up to 50 references and generate clips up to 3 minutes long.
5. Call each reference directly in your prompt: Image 1 for the character and Image 2 for the location.
6. Describe the shot, camera movement, action and lighting.
7. Generate everything scene by scene until the story is complete.
8. If you love a shot but one detail is off, use Smart Edit and Edit with marks to change only that part without regenerating the entire video.

That’s how I keep the same characters and locations consistent while still having full control over every shot.
