Why is #STEM dismissive of #feminism?

There are numerous examples of this—airbags tested on men only, the invention of the speculum, medical science developed around white men, in which sexist attitudes make things actively worse for women. Most STEM fields have simply not respected women for most of human history-psychology and the ‘hysterical woman’, the incarceration of women in psychiatric hospitals, the exclusion of women in physics and computer science, under-crediting women’s contributions.

They either don't care, want to maintain their power, or make $$. It's why we need #feministsciencestudies
