I know these videos seem cheesy and cliche but there really is magic to capturing the moments that bring you joy. So many times we get a little glimpse of joy and we take it for granted not knowing that these little moments really do add up and they’re what creates our overall happiness. If there’s one thing I know, life is better when you find the joy in the small things. - and the big ones too! 

This month my glimmers consisted of SO many snow days with the girls. A trip to SLC for court with X1, which obviously was not a glimmer and more like ptsd but my friends and family showing up for me through it was where I found the joy. Plus a night at The Grand and some caferio can heal most things. 

After I made it back to KC the girls and I enjoyed the week together in our normal school, yoga, tennis, weekly routine then I flew back to SLC to Sundance for the weekend. The first night there I danced till the sun came up with Aly. She’s a glimmer in herself. We had so much fun just being girls and shaking our 🍑 to liljon till 3AM. Then of course we had to hit the slopes, skiing has brought me huge joy over the last 5 years and watching my girls learn has been a dream. 

Of course there were other moments this month that also brought me joy, and I agree, some moments of joy you just have to be entirely present and they may not be capture able but they live on in your heart forever. In any case I’m so grateful I get to live this life and I hope I can always find joy and help others do the same!
