If you’re reading this it’s time to look yourself in the eyes and ask yourself, if who you are today, is who you want to be!?✨

If the answer is no, figure out who exactly that person is and make the changes day by day to become them! 

That’s what I’ve spent the last year of my life doing and I’m not her yet but I couldn’t be more proud of how far I’ve come. 💕

Over the past two years I’ve picked myself up from a traumatic divorce and figured out how to love again. Ive cut out fake “friendships” and made new authentic friends. ❤️ I’ve moved myself to a new place and built a business from the ground up. I’ve learned to love my body again and give it the nourishment and movement it’s been craving. I’ve put down my phone more and picked up my girls more. Most importantly I’ve allowed myself the grace to let go of what I thought my life “should” look like and instead soaked in the unlimited potential and endless joy that life has to offer when I just let go. ✨

So if when you look yourself in the eyes you’re not exactly who you want to be just remember tomorrow is a new day and you can be whoever you want to be!
