This week I’ve been trying my best to give myself some TLC. After spending the past month sick without a voice, and the past two years feeling unlike myself, I’ve finally learned what’s been going on inside my body thanks to my friend dramandalucero and now I’m ready to get back to myself! All I have to say, is if you have a doctor that ignores your issues keep looking and if you’re in SLC be sure to check her out. With that being said I’m still trying to  be better about self care. Being so busy I often find myself putting everyone’s needs before mine and now I’m paying the price so I’m trying to create new habits. My friend mietrabrown did a fun story this week asking and telling what people do to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to be their best version of themselves. So I figured I’d ask you all!
