They paved paradise and put up a parking lot! Literally. The little Brooklyn Park Eatery Kylan and I used to go to in the most beautiful corner of the Brooklyn Bridge park is now a hotel and restaurant! Luckily they embraced the park and made it super earthy and gorgeous. It’s a must see and eat if you’re in the area! Their avocado toast is remarkable! Where are your favorite places to get avocado toast? It’s one of my pregnancy cravings and I love seeing new spins on it. Also this post is a great reminder to appreciate the earth we live in because one day your favorite place may be a slab of concrete! #HappyEarthDay
